WebOps Studio

The operations layer behind your studio.

You build websites, applications, and digital experiences for your clients. We handle the infrastructure that keeps them running.

WordPress · Web applications · Static sites · Supported projects

Talk about your studio One managed environment behind the client work you already do.

You didn't start a studio to manage servers.

It usually starts innocently enough. You build a website for a client. Then you host it. Another client comes along. Then another.

Before long, you are responsible for every quiet technical detail behind the work, and the occasional project that decides 11:38 PM is the ideal time to become interesting.

None of that is necessarily difficult. It just isn't what you are supposed to be spending your time doing.

WebOps Studio takes responsibility for the operational side of the projects you manage.

One managed home for your client projects.

Your clients do not all need the same thing. Your infrastructure should not force them to.

Something else?

Tell us what you built. We will review its requirements and decide whether Studio can support it properly.

We do not promise to host everything. We make sure we can properly support what we agree to host.

What sits behind the work.

Stay your client's web person.

This part matters. WebOps Studio is not trying to take your clients.

You remain the designer, developer, consultant, agency, or trusted web person your client hired. QWAB operates behind the scenes as the technical infrastructure supporting the work you provide.

Designer-referred clients are protected: QWAB will not solicit or accept them for competing services such as design, SEO, or marketing.

  • You own the creative and consulting relationship.
  • Your client sees one capable web partner: you.
  • QWAB stays focused on the operations underneath the work.

Built around projects, not arbitrary website counters.

Different projects consume very different amounts of resources. A collection of lightweight business sites is not the same thing as several busy commerce stores or custom applications.

We look at the projects you manage, their traffic, their technical requirements, and the resources they actually need. The goal is a healthy environment, not squeezing projects onto a server because a pricing table promised a number.

The hosting-plan question

How many sites can we squeeze in?

Treat every project as if it consumes the same resources and carries the same operational risk.

The Studio question

What does this portfolio need to stay healthy?

Size, configure, and evolve the environment around the real work.

For studios that want an operations partner, not another hosting login.

Studio is built for…

  • Freelance designers managing an ongoing portfolio of client websites.
  • Developers whose client work does not always fit ordinary managed WordPress hosting.
  • Boutique agencies that need dependable infrastructure without building an internal hosting operation.
  • Consultants whose client relationships continue long after launch day.

Studio probably is not for…

  • Mass-market shared hosting or hundreds of tiny reseller accounts.
  • The cheapest possible cost per website.
  • An unmanaged VPS you want to administer yourself.
  • Unlimited root access with no operational guardrails.
  • Large or specialized applications brought aboard without prior review.

The difference is responsibility.

Server space is easy to buy. Operational ownership is the thing your studio actually needs.

Ordinary hosting

Here is your infrastructure. Here is your dashboard.

When something breaks, you coordinate vendors, read documentation, and figure out who owns the problem.

WebOps Studio

Bring us the projects. We take responsibility for the environment.

That is what turns hosting into an operational service. Your studio stays focused on client work while QWAB handles what keeps it running.

A Studio environment shaped around real work.

The project determines the tools. The hosting plan does not determine the project.

How many websites can I host?

There is no arbitrary website counter. We look at the projects you manage and the resources they require. Several lightweight projects may fit comfortably where one demanding application needs substantially more room.

The goal is to keep the environment healthy as the portfolio changes.

Is Studio only for WordPress?

No. WordPress is fully at home here, but Studio can also support static sites, web applications, and other compatible projects.

We review non-WordPress work before bringing it aboard so both sides know it can be operated properly.

Can you host anything?

No, and anyone promising that probably has not met the internet. Some applications have specialized infrastructure, security, scaling, database, or deployment requirements.

We will review unusual projects and tell you whether Studio is a sensible home for them.

Do my clients work directly with QWAB?

Not unless we specifically arrange it. Studio is designed to work behind your business. You maintain the client relationship while QWAB supports the infrastructure underneath it.

Do I get my own server?

Studio is built around managed resources appropriate to the portfolio being hosted. The important part is not possessing a server. It is having an environment properly sized, configured, monitored, and maintained for the work you put on it.

What happens when I add another client?

We review the new project's requirements. If it fits comfortably, we add it. If the Studio has grown to the point where additional resources make sense, we tell you before the infrastructure becomes the bottleneck.

Bring us the projects. We'll figure out the infrastructure.

Your studio does not need to become a hosting company just because clients expect you to handle their websites. Tell us what you manage, what you build, and where the operations work gets in your way.
